Answer: The criminal is given free transportation, meals and clothing, flown out of the country, put in a secure facility, managed and staffed by the nationals of the country who are being paid to keep the criminal!

Question: Who can also pay the nationals imprisoning the criminal?

Answer: Friends of the criminal!

Question: …. and who will take good care of the criminal, who was — in fact -given free-paid-for-passage out of the jurisdiction and control of the exporting company … er “country”?

Answer: Anyone getting paid to keep the prisoner by whomever is paying the most!
