I love the way this application is going and what it can do. So far, it’s facilitated an excellent recording session in a new venue. Not that it was used for the recording, but the rehearsal before ever getting to the venue. It was so easy to simply hit record, save the rehearsal session, import the WAV into Audacity, extract the final rehearsal take to be performed, and share it with of artists (singer and percussionist).

The “in studio” recording, using ProTools and pro-grade mic’s was “off the chart” and magic (no exaggeration).

Clearly, if any citizen had done what Trump did, inciting a riot, jail would be at hand and bail would be denied. The Republican apologist and “pragmatist” of every ilk are hypocritical … at best … and supporters of lawlessness and violence without accountability.

The ex-citizens who engaged in the cowardly and illegal acts of insurrection must be charged with the felonies committed, sentenced and forfeit not only their passports, but privilege of “right to vote.” That would, of course, include Trump himself. Impeachment by the House of Representatives should be followed, immediately, by conviction of the indictment. Alternatively, if no indictment then the Senate must vote on Censure, with sanctions.

Trump must be Impeached! His access to campaign funds already raised exceeding $100 million must be barred. The money should be forfeited and reverted to the U.S. Treasury as compensation for Covid 19 expenses (and to reduce the record deficits that are the direct consequence of his acts and omissions).

He knew (by his own admissions) that Covid was more dangerous than he published and advocated and intentionally misrepresented (his motives are no defense and are irrelevant). In doing so he committed at least Gross Negligence, Recklessness (or Gross Recklessness) — resulting in personal harm, injury and death of others.

For crimes or personal injury from violation of a right, there MUST be a remedy. Otherwise, you do not have a system based on law.

It is that concept, idea and precept upon which the fiction of United States of America is invoked as a matter of fact.
