It’s undeniable that intuition plays a big role in decision making. Subconscious mental processes that bubble up in the mind as emotion creates awareness of a feeling. That feeling plays a part in decision making. How important is it? “It” depends upon the action to be taken. “It” depends upon the awareness of context in which the “It” is surrounded (including the “It” of the “Id”). The problem is results (or facts) are often counter-intuitive. Example: not looking both ways before you cross the street! The problem with going with the gut is reality is often COUNTER INTUITIVE. Example: The car came from the direct you did not see. Clearly, the correct path was counter-intuitive. Life, money and more time wasted could have been saved by taking a moment to look both ways, before crossing a street.

Khashoggi: It’s not even a question of who ordered him murdered, granted the permission to utilize resources and assets, or even what happened to body parts (because they flew out of Turkey and over open waters) on the return trip. Do you think any ordinary Saudi could cook up the scheme?

The real question, in my mind, is “Why?” More specifically, “What did Khashoggi know that was such a threat to the House of Saud, that the Crown Prince and his ilk resorted to such subterfuge in assassination?”

Last night, a Negro came to me in a dream:

Uncle Tom, I may be. Uncle Tom, you call me, despite kneeling on knee. But, you know the White man did and always will sell his mama for a dollar. I guess his hope is in the saying, ‘now more of my friends won’t see squalor.’ White man saying one should die for the greater good, particularly in my greater neighborhood.  The place where love, morality and truth once stood.

Not to worry, there’s no debate: It is what it is, that was his fate!

When Cubans risked their lives, fleeing Castro’s take over, before and after he did so, were the beaches of Florida and U.S. territorial waters ever barbed-wired, militarized and absolutely blockaded to fleeing migrants?

When a person is evidently irrational to the  a reasonable law enforcement officer who suspects access to a weapon of mass destruction could result in harm to that person or the public,  should not removal of access to the weapon of mass destruction should be the law?

So, N.R.A., there were those who did have guns last night at the Borderline Bar & Grill in Thousand Oaks, California. Did that mitigate the carnage?

Why can’t politicians get real?* Why can’t the N.R.A. and say what’s right and true? What say ye, Justice Kavanaugh?

Migration is to evolution as breathing  (respiration or transpiration) is to life.  Everything has existed in something else for that life’s existence.  An, then there was birth.

Immigration is simply  a milestone in migration.  Migration has always existed. Likewise, immigration always existed, and always will. Trust me on this one:  Animals copulate. Animals migrate. Or, they die.

If you oppose immigration, you are simply opposing life. “Hello!”  You get better odd playing the Super-duper lotto. Good luck with that!

The “alleged” murder of Khashoggi means only one thing.  To the point:  “That’s what kings do!” Despotism should be in the books.

That’s why people got rid of them.

Obviously, the 25th Amendment or impeachment is “off the table.” Likewise, character is not relevant to leadership.  Neither is truth.  Thus, truth is invalid.  Hypocrisy is the cotter pin of politics and control of people. The wheel of justice wobbles towards a catastrophic failure of consensus. The vehicle becomes uncontrollable. Crash is inevitable, if not imminent.

I’ll keep Impeachment and the Constitution on the table, like the Sword of Damocles, swinging always to decapitate lies, hypocracy, ignorance and demons, democratically.

By the way, anybody who wants to should kneel when the National Anthem is played at sporting events. Life or limb or mind loss in professional sport (it’s nothing more than a fucking game for $$,$$$,$$$ and a spectator’s emotional charge) is disgustingly profane and a defilement of life and limb for emotion and materialism.

Anyone who “enjoys” it should condescend and pray for forgiveness.  For those who actively engage in the sport, supplication to one’s deity for protection (as superstitious as that is) should be first and foremost before every contest.

If you don’t understand what I’m writing (and thinking and trying to say), you are an idolater, holding to your explicit bias. Understand, if you can, that i do not, am not and cannot be. That’s the essence of individuality. Hear me, oh land of the brave, home of the free! I didn’t eat the apple from the God damned tree!!

How can this happen?  I no longer believe anything … politically …  I believe only what I know:  Mourn the loss of dignity, mourn the loss of principles, mourn the loss of values, mourn the loss of realization.

The president calls it treason.  As usual, he’s wrong: It’s subversion.

When a leader lacks principles and values, those under his command, likely, embrace unprincipled action justified by the leader’s behavior.  A leader’s actions model emulated behavior, as what he or she does speaks louder than words.

Resignation and explanation: that’s what it should have been. The anonymity of resistance is a precursor of terrorism. Beware: you know not from where such an attack was launched.

1.  It’s NOT about Colin Kapernick. You know who he is and he’s explained why he did what he did.  I support his right to do so.
2. The business of government is not business. It’s leadership of people.
3. EDUCATION — not indoctrination, training, not faith, and certainly NOT political persuasion —  is an absolute requirement for the freedom and progress of humanity.

This is NOT a crisis of the Constitution. It’s the unintended consequences of the abuse of authority, plain and simple. Mr. Trump is the model. I do not expect anything less from those whom he leads.

 

 

My neighbor said he was cutting the chord and getting rid of his landline muttering, “I’ve had this number for 40 years and I’m done with AT & T.  Too many scam and robo calls!”

“It might stop working tomorrow, or anytime!” he said. “Use my mobile number.”

Three days later, I got a call from him.

“Hey, I thought you were going to get rid of the landline. Looks like it’s still working,” I said looking at the mantissa on my home phone.

“Yea,” he said. “I still have it. I’m over 70 years old now. How in the hell would I find my cell phone if I got rid of the landline!”
